Have you ever wondered what being a chocolatier would feel like? Wait no longer! At Chocolissimo & Zaabär, every Saturdays, you can now create your own traditional Belgian chocolates with your friends, family or colleagues in our public workshops in the heart of Brussels.

During our public workshops, you will learn how to temperate correctly the chocolate with a complete demo made for you by our chocolate workers. You will get lots of explanations and tricks from us and we will allow you to dive into the fascinating world of chocolate. After the demo and the explanations, you will make your own truffles, mendiants and a very personalized chocolate tablet.

During the public workshop you will also discover the fourth chocolate. After dark, milk and white, ruby is the most extraordinary chocolate discovery in 80 years. This gift of mother nature surprises and bedazzles. It brings a completely new chocolate taste and colour experience, born from the ruby cocoa bean without adding any colourants or fruit flavourings.

Each workshop starts with the basics of working with chocolate, and then you start working yourself, and create and decorate your own chocolate products.
