In addition of the Saturdays workshops, each other public workshops will offer you the possibility to discover a new product showcased by our vastly experienced Chocolate Master (Ayat) and Cake Designer (Patricia). We offer a wide variety of courses at various skill levels that will allow you to dive into the fascinating world of chocolate and pastry.
Fancy learning how to make a perfect chocolate bowl? Some authentic Belgian pralines and truffles? Some amazing chocolate macaroons? Or maybe you simply want to become a chocolate expert? If your curiosity has been picked by any of the previous, this is the place to be.

Each workshop starts with the basics of working with chocolate, and then you start working yourself, and create and decorate your own chocolate products.

The chocolate factory Zaabär was founded in 2007. The creator was inspired by a wide array of spices floating around the Grand Bazaar of Istanbul. Zaabär was created as an extraordinary combination of fine Belgian chocolate and spices from around the world. The idea is to let your taste buds roam free across the world tasting various more traditional or more exotic spices. One of the aspects that nudges Zaabär out of the ordinary, bar the exceptional and unusual combination of chocolate and spices, is the unusual vacuum sealed wrapping in which the chocolates are kept in. This offers a much longer conservation time for all types of chocolate.
The Zaabär factory was redesigned completely in the summer of 2018 and has now become the new Chocolissimo & Zaabär store. This partnership between two Belgian companies offers a tremendous space (600m2) entirely dedicated to chocolate experiences. It serves both as a workshop and a store. The shop invites visitors to explore the world of chocolate through an array of chocolate samples, workshops and so on, so come visit us!
