The bookings must be made online using this website. Payment can be processed using Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, VPay, Maestro and American Express cards. We also accept payments by PayPal. All bookings paid online are confirmed immediately and a ticket (with a QR code) is automatically emailed to the client.
Bookings can also be paid by bank transfer but, in that case, the booking is only confirmed when the full amount is received.
Corporate workshops, team buildings and cocktail events
The corporate clients are provided with a login/password in order to be able to access their account online. Invoices are generated at the client’s request once a booking is confirmed. A deposit of 50% is required at the booking confirmation. Full payment must be made at least 5 days before the date of the event. Payments can be made online by card, PayPal or bank transfer.
Private workshops, birthday parties and hen parties
The clients are provided with a login/password in order to be able to access their account online. Invoices are generated at the client’s request once a booking is confirmed. A deposit of 50% is required at the booking confirmation. Full payment must be made at least 5 days before the date of the event. Payments can be made online by card, PayPal or bank transfer.
Special conditions are reserved to our tour operators and tourism partners. The clients are provided with a login/password in order to be able to access their account online. Invoices are generated once the event is scheduled. Payments must be made within 30 days from the date of the invoices by bank transfer.
The deposits are non-refundable and shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
Payment of the remaining balance, if any, is due at least 5 days before the date of the event. If payment is not received, we reserve the right to cancel the event without notice. Absolutely no refund shall be granted within 15 days of the event.
Any changes (number of participants, activities, etc…) must be made prior to 7 days of the event. Changes could result in an increase in the total cost. Any additional charges incurred from an order change must be included in the final payment.
Smoking is strictly forbidden in the store and the workshop.
You are not allowed to bring food and drinking from outside within the events.
Your ticket must be presented when requested. It cannot be returned, reimbursed (in particular in the event of loss or theft), exchanged or resold. Reselling or giving away tickets for commercial purposes is forbidden. For applicable discounts and offers, we reserves to the right to request that the Client show proof of eligibility for the specific offer.
To prevent abuse, any loss or other ticket-related issues must be reported to us by email at least two days before the event.
In addition to paper tickets, e-tickets printed or presented on a smartphone are accepted.
If you have not received your tickets or have lost them, we can send you duplicates. If a ticket is reprinted, only the most recent version of the ticket will be recognized by the scanner.
We reserve the right to take photos during the events for our own reference, display or promotional advertising without compensation to you.

About our store
The chocolate factory Zaabär was founded in 2007. The creator was inspired by a wide array of spices floating around the Grand Bazaar of Istanbul. Zaabär was created as an extraordinary combination of fine Belgian chocolate and spices from around the world. The idea is to let your taste buds roam free across the world tasting various more traditional or more exotic spices. One of the aspects that nudges Zaabär out of the ordinary, bar the exceptional and unusual combination of chocolate and spices, is the unusual vacuum sealed wrapping in which the chocolates are kept in. This offers a much longer conservation time for all types of chocolate.
The Zaabär factory was redesigned completely in the summer of 2018 and has now become the new Chocolissimo & Zaabär store. This partnership between two Belgian companies offers a tremendous space (600m2) entirely dedicated to chocolate experiences. It serves both as a workshop and a store. The shop invites visitors to explore the world of chocolate through an array of chocolate samples, workshops and so on, so come visit us!
